I purchased two of these for EFHW antennas I planned to build for Parks On The Air. I also bought the wire from the same outfit that built these. I've built one antenna tuned for 20 meters and it works very well. The second seems to have something already plugged in to where the mini banana plug goes. I haven't been able to use that one yet. That was going to be my 40 meters EFHW. I'll get there. (I'm a stubborn old goat)

I was looking for a small/portable antenna for a quick setup for 20 meters and thought I'd try this one. I trimmed a wire for 20 meters and found it to give me acceptable SWR on 12 and 10 meters as well. Work well for me. Thanks.

Received the 49 to 1 transformer I ordered for the EFHW Antenna. item is of GREAT QUALITY, just as advertized.. just received it after I have opportunity to use it I will rate again. The one drawback, I think is that they shipped using USPS, which in my opinion is the worst way to send anything. I kept getting false delivery dates, saying pkg was near me when it clearly was not. Overall for quality of product I give them 5 stars.

I've been a ham radio operator for over 30 years and have enjoyed nearly every aspect of the hobby—especially POTA activations and digital modes. Along the way, I found myself constantly refining my own gear, looking for the best balance of performance and portability. That led me to start building 49:1 transformers for EFHW antennas, focusing on quality, reliability, and compact designs.

What began as a personal project soon grew into something more—helping fellow operators get on the air with well-built, handcrafted gear.
