PLEASE read shop policies before purchasing. If you purchase an item, congratualtions! It signifies you are in agreement with my policies.
RadioSmile2Vintage!offers unique and beautiful vintage items, carefully selected and inspected for quality, construction and gentle use in materials. Please read the descriptions carefully and examine the photos. I make every effort to describe each item as truthfully as possible and disclose any flaws/wear/defects if any. If after viewing an item you still have questions or need more photos, feel free to convo me with your request.(click on envelope icon at the top of page to leave a "convo").
Please note: We ship all orders in re-cycled boxes and packaging as often as possible, in order to further cut down on waste. We take pride in packaging items in a way that they are very well protected, and a joy to receive!
Payment DUE AT TIME OF PURCHASE! payment must be made within 24 hours with PayPal or credit card.
If the item isn't paid for at the time it's ordered, the transaction will be cancelled at the end of the business day on which it was ordered.
**PAYMENT: RadioSmile2Vintage accepts payment by PayPal, major credit cards, and money orders. Money orders are NOT preferred, but if you pay with a money order it must be USPS issued only.

REFUNDS: RadioSmile2Vintage does not offer refunds or exchanges on vintage items. In store credits are offered only if the item you ordered arrived damaged because of negligence on our part. We cannot take responsibility for buyer's remorse. All sales are final, so be sure you've read the description of the item, store policies, and that you love the item you've selected !
1. Customers may request a reserve/hold for an item in their name. Please be considerate and only reserve an item you intend to actually buy. Reserves are good for one week only, unless other arrangements have been made.
2. Please don't purchase an item listed as "RESERVED", unless you are the person who has reserved it.
We don't offer layaway, but we DO reserve items when requested. A reserve on an item makes that item unavailable to anyone else, but the name under which it is reserved.
3***If you purchase an item marked "RESERVED" in someone else's name, the transaction will be canceled, and the item relisted in the reserved person's name, until their reserve date is up.
We ship in the U.S. only . All ship costs are for the contiguous U.S. states only. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers, please contact us for adjusted shipping costs BEFORE you buy.
The majority of orders will ship within 2 to 3 days of receiving payment. We ship items via USPS standard shipping or priority.
We calculate shipping costs using a postage scale & the shipping calculator on the USPS website. Once we send your item off, if we overcharged by $2 or more, we will promptly and happily refund the difference upon request. This also applies to shipments with more than one item purchased.
Shipping cost will be a combination of actual postage plus the cost of any additional packaging material needed to ship the item. In the spirit of recycling, we will ship with as much 'used' packaging materials as possible (which we often buy at a local re-use shop), but never at the expense of protecting your item in transit. That said, once your item leaves our hands at the Post Office, we can no longer be responsible for it. If this makes you uncomfortable, please ask for extra services. Buyer pays for insurance over $50, or expedited shipping. Please contact us before you buy if you would like to make arrangements for these extras so that we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
***ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds or exchanges. In Store Credit for item price only under special circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
****COUPON CODE SALES: Event sales on special occasions such as holidays and change of seasons offer percent- off discounts, with the use of a coupon code at checkout. PLEASE use The coupon code at checkout. If you don't use the code at checkout, you won't receive the discount.
PLEASE Inspect the item's photographs and read the description carefully before purchase. If you still need more information on an item, I'm happy to answer any questions (via "conversations") regarding listed items in my shop.
**Please know that I only select VINTAGE items and clothing in good or VERY GOOD CONDITION or very gently used,( unless otherwise specified) to sell in my shop. All items are carefully inspected for defects and damage, and are cleaned (if warranted). Any and all defects are disclosed in the item's listing, and photographed. Some vintage decor items may have the added charm of a heavy patina, or very obvious rust, corrosion or wear. All flaws will be noted in the description and clearly photographed.
**ABOUT VINTAGE ITEMS:
Buyers, please be aware that VINTAGE items are, at minimum, 20 years old, and previously loved and owned. Any and all flaws discovered upon inspection will be noted and described in the item's listing. Vintage items by their very nature will have imperfections and show wear. That is the essential nature of their "perfectly-imperfect charm".
