What is the turnaround period for custom made items.
I usually make a hat in 2-3 days if I have the desired fiber on hand and if there's not too many other orders.
Care instructions
HAND WASH ONLY! Washing machine and dryers will felt your handmade hat unfortunately. So, add some shampoo in warm water, soak your hat for 15-20 minutes, swish around, press excess water, roll in towel and press more and finally lay flat on a fresh towel to dry.
Sizing details
I use US standard size measurements available online.
Gift wrapping and packaging
The only gift ready items in my store are beaded pins. The rest of my items are wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with my shop branded sticker. Gift message is available. I print your message and place it in a pretty card.
Wholesale availability
Every single piece in my store is made by me without any help from others. I cannot mass produce so therefore no wholesale.
