Welcome to Rain Girl Designs formerly Gothicreations (Gothic Creations).
Most of the items in my shop are ready to ship and cannot be altered. I do have a small section of customizable, personalized items.
Many of my listings use fabrics that I may not have much of or may not have an more of so please contact me first before trying to order those for any other devices that what is listed. I like variety so consider my items limited editions.
All my items are made in a smoke free home. My home is pet friendly and I currently have a little wire haired terrier type dog.
I accept paypal.com payments and etsy direct checkout.
WA state residents must pay 7.5% sales tax.
Reserved or Custom items: These types of items will be reserved for 7 (seven) days only.
Custom Requests: If you see a great fabric on one cover but need it in a different size for your ereader or tablet just send me a convo. If I have more of the fabric I am usually happy to try to fulfill this requests. if you are looking for a special theme or design just send me a convo as I might have something that would work. All custom fabric or size requests must be ordered and paid for prior to the item being made and shipped.
Ready to ship items usually ship out within 24-72 hours.
Made to order items will be shipped out according to shop processing time.
All buyers are responsible for making sure that the address used for purchasing/shipping is correct and update.
Cancellation requests, prior to shipping, will only be accepted formerly through etsy. I do not accept email cancellation requests.
Once an item has been shipped it will have to be treated as a return.
In the US:
I usually ship via first class mail or priority mail depending upon weight. If you need an upgraded shipping please email or convo me for a shipping quote. I purchase shipping insurance as needed on orders I feel warrant it. If you'd like insurance on your order just ask. There is no additional charge for it.
Orders over $100 will have signature confirmation added at my expense. It will, also, be added at my discretion for any orders, of any dollar amount, in particular those being shipped to apartments or office buildings.
If you'd like Signature Confirmation on your order please let me know as it can be added to orders of any value for no additional charge to you the buyer.
standard shipping is USPS (United States Postal Service) first class international mail.
International buyers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, VAT and fees that their country and postal service may place upon them. Prices in my shops DO NOT include VAT or other taxes/duties.
Your item will be shipped with the full value (item price) noted and as merchandise. I DO NOT lower item values nor mark items as "gifts".
The link below is a duty calculator that may help calculate the duty on your order. Keep in mind that it may not account for any fees from your postal service.
UK Buyers may review the following website for further information on your responsibilities on purchasing items from abraod and from non-EU countries.
If you refuse shipment to avoid paying the tax/fees you will only be refunded for the item amount once I have gotten it back.
Most items are sent first class mail; a form of delivery confirmation is available for some countries.
International orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Some times this transit time is much shorter and some times it can be longer. I cannot control the speed of the postal service or customs. I know you are excited to get your items.
Refunds and Exchanges
All made to order personalized listings are nonrefundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items all sales are final once the item is sewn. It it up to you to make sure items are ordered in the correct size and contain the correct text.
Ready to ship items:
I accept returns/exchanges made within 14 days of receipt of goods no questions asked. I like to be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods that an item is being returned. Buyer pays for return shipping when possible I recommend delivery confirmation from the post office. Refunds and exchange amounts are given for the original item amount only and postage is generally not refunded. Items must be in original, unaltered, resellable condition.
Due to the nature of my fabric buying and fabric usage you may not be able to exchange for the correct device cover in the same fabric. In that instance we can work together to either find a suitable replacement fabric or we can discuss a refund. Sometimes, I am able to take apart a sewn cover in order to make it workable.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with it please let me know so that I can help before leaving a review 3 stars or less. I can't come up with a solution if I don't know that there is an issue.
I pride myself on great communication, excellent customer service, diligence in making my promised ship dates, and providing my customers with an excellent product, through professionalism and respect. Equally, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone when it is the best interest of both parties. Thank you for your understanding.
