Supplier is excellent - I had a problem [caused by Australia Post and their new overpaid, underworked "innovative" schemes which seem designed to take ages to get goods to you, thanks Prime Minister Turnbull] and she could not have been more helpful. I will definitely put this supplier on my "favourites" list

Couldn't beat the price and I can use the smaller broken off piece as a base for taking photos of my smaller items too. Thanks for offering these at such a great deal!

A Third Generation Crafter
As a little girl my Grandmother would make and sell jewelry. Every year for Christmas my cousin, sister, and I would receive a special, hand crafted piece of jewelry to treasure. They say that gene's skip a generation, and I must have gotten her crafty ones.
Years and years and YEARS ago, when I was in college, I majored in Architectural drafting and design. A large part of the first two years of that degree involved both traditional and digital art courses. I never did finish that program but I loved every moment of those classes. While I would put away my brushes and pads for several years as I got married and my husband and I started a family, I never lost my love of painting. Paint and Sip classes are my favorite outing!
When Covid-19 hit the Seattle area and shut everything down, I quickly made a pit stop at our local craft supply store to pick up materials for my children and I to keep us busy while we were stuck at home. I began to paint and draw again every day, learning new techniques and methods that have evolved over the years since I was in school. I found Facebook and Youtube paint along videos and online classes.
As I shared with my family and friends the paintings I created, they began to ask me to paint for them. I have done several pet portraits, wedding portraits, landscapes, and other paintings for my clients. I LOVE custom orders, ask me for details.
As the fairs and bazaars reopen, I have decided it is time to reopen my Etsy shop. I can't wait to make a treasure for you too!

Returns and exchange details
When your order arrives and for some reason you are not happy, please contact me right away so we can work out a solution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
I accept returns for exchange or store credit.
If you have changed your mind and want to exchange your item, shipping fees will apply plus (or minus) the difference in price.
Items must be returned in the same condition (with all wrapping materials) as they were shipped
I WILL refund you via PAYPAL OR WESTERN UNION if and ONLY IF the item is returned in the same condition and package in which it was sent to you. Any fees with western union will be subtracted from the amount refunded. Shipping cost of returns is the buyers responsibility, with few exceptions. please contact me within 7 days of receipt of item to discuss returns. Again, refunds will only be issued once I have RECIEVED the returned item.

Shipping is via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
1-3 days in transit depending on zip code.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping is via USPS First Class and once package is dropped off at post office can take 2 weeks to 45 days to arrive due to transit time and customs.
International Shipping can sometimes have extra fees from customs and duty tax, if you have concerns about international shipping please email me before ordering.
Items are carefully packed in a gift box (ready for gift giving) and shipped in a padded envelope or box.
INTERNATIONAL . I reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries in Asia, Africa or South America unless the customer is willing to pay for Express shipping so that the package can be tracked all the way.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS .
Packages may sometimes be delayed in Customs (country of destination) for a longer time for checking (for security reasons). In the unfortunate event that this happens to you, your patience is greatly appreciated.
Please note that I ship to your ETSY address so please ensure it is correct before making the purchase. In case you want your order to be shipped to a different address (same country) please include the address in the 'notes to the seller' at checkout.

COLORS.
Due to monitor settings, lighting, and individual perceptions of colors, it is wise to expect a shade off (up or down). If you are very particular about a "perfect" shade of color and you are not sure you "read" the colors well then please inquire, I will be most happy to help.
