09/09/2020 We are in Oregon and doing our best to get orders out as quickly as we can with the current fire conditions. Due to the extreme wind storm that went through we were without power the last 2 days, but it has thankfully been restored. We are currently outside of the evacuation zones, but we do have several major fires around us and things could change at a moments notice. Please note that any orders placed at this time could be subject to delays outside our control. Thank you

04/03/2020 We are spending today taking stock of our remaining supplies and following up on incoming supply orders. Once we make sure that all outstanding orders can be fulfilled and have a better idea of our remaining stock, we'll be relisting masks as they become available. Thank you and be safe everyone! 💕

Bits about those behind RDR
RDR consists of my mother and I. In 2009 I became ill and my mother took on the additional job of caring for me. Medical machinery and paraphernalia soon overran a lot of our spaces. Mom started sewing covers for me to mask the equipment so I would not be as self conscious when going out in public and around hospitals. People soon started to ask where I was getting things and wanting to know if we could make items for them and slowly our little shop took form. I had been selling items online since 1999, but we started selling with Etsy in 2014.
Mom is an industrial seamstress & can do amazing things by just looking at an item & then creating her own patterns. When she was younger she won awards in 4-H and later owned her own business for many years. She can take an idea and create exactly what is wanted with simple, basic tools.
My grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was very little & shortly after becoming ill I took the craft up again. It gives me something to do while in the hospital or while waiting at doctor appointments. I plan to slowly add more variety of crafted items once things are more settled.
Having our own shop gives me a sense of accomplishment and allows me to feel like we are helping. We love receiving custom orders and requests. Life has a way of throwing things at you and how you deal with them is completely up to you, but if we can help in some small way...that is a great accomplishment.
Our items are created from hand and heart to support and encourage individuals to embrace life and to have a happy and healthy body image.

Custom and personalized orders
Please feel free to message us regarding customization and alteration requests. We LOVE doing custom orders and look forward to helping you create what you are looking for if we are able!
On custom items, all sales are final. No return shall be accepted as customer will have the chance to approve all pictures prior to shipping.
For customization and alteration orders; please message BEFORE placing an order so that details, time-frame, pricing and terms can be agreed upon first. If an order is placed before agreed upon conditions, your order will more than likely be declined and cancelled.
Care instructions
Most of our items it is recommended to hand wash and then lay the item out to air dry. On some of the items, there will be specific care instructions listed in the item description. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.
Sizing details
I try to make sure to have measurements on every sized item listed in the description. Most of our items are handmade so there is sometimes slight differences in sizes and lengths. If there is something that is not clearly stated or answered, PLEASE feel free to contact me before making a purchase so that I can assist.
Returns
Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, I don't accept returns as I try to list all pertinent information in the listing. Please feel free to contact me BEFORE making a purchase with any questions you have and please contact me if you have any problems with your order once you have received it.
If we have not discussed a return and you decide to return an item without messaging me first, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the item.
Shipping Overcharges
If for some reason, shipping has been calculated incorrectly, especially when you have purchased multiple items at one time and have contacted me regarding the combined shipping, then I will refund back to you the overages of greater than $2.00.
Shipping Package Materials
Items are shipped the most economical way usually in 2.35 MIL thick poly envelopes or in flat rate priority boxes. If you would like items packaged a different or special way or shipped faster, please feel free to contact me before your order is complete and before payment has been made.
