I sent this as a gift at the end of the year. The person who received it loves it and it looks great in her house. It was carefully packaged and shipped promptly, for which I was very grateful!

About

Handcrafted Gifts And Handpainted Glassware

The most important part of this whole shop is the pride we take in our work. It's just two of us, the one who is the master of the glassware and the one who is the master of the geeky, and together we create beautiful things. The coolest part of etsy, I believe, is that people all around the county have access to the things we make and we get to bring them joy with items that were made by us and only us. I love each and every item that we have in our shop and as the creator of the geeky stuff and the photographer and manger, I just want you to know just how much of my heart I put into this, from carving the block stamp for a new custom set of cards to the presentation in the wrapping and shipping. I want each and every person who makes a purchase from us to be happy with their experience with us from the moment they hit the add to cart button, to when they crack open the box and see something wrapped just as carefully and beautifully packaged and wrapped as the item itself.

We create things for all of you and we couldn't be happier to do so.

Shipping
For most of the items in my shop, your order will ship within 2 - 5 business days of receiving payment. See each individual item for a more specific estimated ship by date.

I ship to your Etsy address unless otherwise specified.

Insurance is not covered in the listing. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me.

To keep costs down and lessen environmental impact, my packing materials may be reused. You will see plenty of plastic and foam and bubble wrap in my packing methods, but the materials have been given a second chance instead of just being thrown away, and I encourage you to use them again after you receive your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you change your mind about a purchase within the first week, you can return it for a full refund. It must be in the same condition as when I sent it to you, and you agree to pay the shipping cost.

You will be responsible for shipping the product back to me with delivery confirmation and insurance and store credit may be issued.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective in some way, contact me, and we'll work something out (refund or replacement).
Additional policies and FAQs
I'm happy to make custom orders. If you are interested, please email me at raiseyourglass.shop [!at] gmail.com.

It is important to me that your purchase arrive perfect and undamaged. In this regard, I am meticulous with the shipping and packaging, which does at time effect the shipping costs.

Glassware Care and Cleaning:
My hand-painted glassware is fired and baked to protect it. Although each can be placed in the dishwasher, I highly recommend hand-washing them to prolong their life.
