Absolutely stunning piece! Gorgeous color choices, great detail in pattern, perfect size. Artist Lynne Anderson was absolutely lovely to work with, very accommodating. All the pots I ordered from her for this client arrived quickly and wrapped to withstand a nuclear explosion. Thank you!

Raku firing has been a passion/specialization of mine for more than 15 years. It has its roots in Japan and is closely associated with their tea ceremony. Metallic glazes are a Western application to the basic process of removing a ceramic piece from firing when it is red hot. The pieces are handled individually and each one has its own unique coloration.
Each of my pieces are hand formed and I formulate and mix my own glazes. Firing days are like Christmas Morning....full of surprises (yes, even to me!). The process is full of serendipity and a big portion of my love for Raku is the one of a kind nature of each and every piece.
