Hello! We are glad you to welcome in our workshop on production of products from genuine leather. We can make various products of genuine leather according to your photos or drawings. Or you can choose the necessary product from our range.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If there is a problem with an order, contact the seller directly first.

Return is possible if the product does not correspond to the description and measurements. If the goods are damaged during transportation. If defects are found.

The product is not refundable or exchangeable if it is as described.

We can accept the goods back if for some reason you made a mistake when ordering. All costs in this case are fully paid by the buyer. Refunds in this case are made after we receive the parcel

Products made by us according to your measurements (for example, belts) are not accepted for return.

You can cancel an order only within 48 hours from the time when order was placed. After this time we will not accept cancellations as your item will have gone into production. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and items are not available on approval. We are not responsible for items made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product. However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty and you return it to us within seven days, we will amend and make good the item at no extra cost to you. Please make sure that the item is returned along with written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return. Please contact us before any return is made.

For international returns, all packages need to be marked as 'returned goods' to prevent custom charges. If a package is not marked as such then we may not accept the return or charge the customs and tax duty to you.

By placing your order with us you constitute acceptance of the terms described at which point you are bound to your contract.

~We ship worldwide via standard international registered airmail.

~Delivery takes 2-4 weeks to the most of the countries. This term not include manufacuring time. Pay your attention to check "ready to ship in" term specified for each product separately.

~All items in our shop are MADE TO ORDER by ourselves. Manufacturing time is specified for each product separately.

~If you need the item by a specific date, please indicate this in the comments of the order.

~All packages have a tracking number. We will inform you about it.

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately about any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

Please make sure that your Etsy address is correct. We always ship to the Etsy address unless the client requests otherwise. If you would like us to ship to another address, please make sure you have provided full information in the "note to seller".
Additional policies and FAQs
All formalities for dispatch, as well as customs formalities in Ukraine will be performed by us.
The customer is responsible for performing customs formalities in the country of delivery.
If it is impossible to complete customs formalities in the country of delivery, the goods will be eliminated under the control of the customs authorities.
Claims for the return of the amount paid on the account are not accepted.
