Hello! Welcome to our shop! We specialize in embroidery, vinyl monograms, heat press vinyl decals and personalization. We are here to help you, so if you don't see something you were looking for, let us know, and we will see what we can do! Happy Shopping!

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
We cannot accepts returns on merchandise that has already been customized. However, if a mistake is made on our part we will fix it at no charge to the customer, we just request that the item be shipped back to the shop. Please make sure that you double check all information regarding your order, as we canont fix mistakes made on the customers behalf free of charge.
If there is an error in filling your order, please reach out promptly with a description and photo of the error so we can work towards a solution.
Payment
We accept Credit Card and PayPal. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. We cannot cancel any order that has already been started.
Shipping
We ship merchandise out on a first come first served basis. We try to fulfill orders within 1-3 days, however we will let you know at the time of order if it will be longer. We ship out via USPS First Class, which is a 3-4 day ship within the US.

If you'd like us to ship Internationally, please send a private message, and we will work out the pricing.

Please double check your address before checking out. Seller is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When the tracking number shows the item is delivered, any concerns regarding the delivery should be handled with USPS.
