Frequently asked questions
I received a misprinted/damaged product, what should I do?
I work with several printers, whose quality I trust, in order
to get my items out faster. I will make it right for you if any
item arrives with sub-standard print quality or a mistake in
printing. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please get
in touch with me and include a photo of the item, and I will
get it fixed.
What's your refund/exchange/cancellation policy?
I can't offer returns or exchanges, as all my items are
made to order. I work with several printing companies to
get my items out faster and so I do not carry a full
inventory. If you're unsure which hoodie size would fit best,
please check out my sizing chart for each item—it is
helpful to measure a hoodie you already have that fits well
and then compare it to the chart.
Cancellations are not possible because after you place
your order I submit it to my printer and production begins.
Refunds and replacements are only available if you've
received the wrong or misprinted items. If either of these
applies, please contact me right away.
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, I'm not able to speed up the production time
it takes to actually print an item.
For some items, we are able to offer an express courier delivery for a symbolic additional fee, (will be available during checkout for some of the items).
Please make sure to take a look at the production & shipping times specified for each item, especially when ordering for a specific date or holiday.
