1 de 5 estrellasPurchased accidentally on 8/7/24. Requested cancellation and refund on 8/8/24 (item hadn't shipped yet). Item was scheduled to be shipped on 8/9/24 (but only the shipping label was created on 8/9/24 - the actual item didn’t ship until 8/13/24). At time of purchase, the item was returnable - less $6.99 in return shipping fees. Seller informed me that a cancellation couldn’t be done as his request (to create the item) was already sent to his 3rd party. I said no worries, I’ll just pay the return shipping fees. No response from the seller after this, but he did change his return policy to no returns accepted. The sellers Instagram page also has a post of 100% satisfaction, or money back guarantee.

Thanks for the horrible feedback based on your own fault of entering your credit card information along with a coupon code we offered you “ACCIDENTALLY” and messaging us a DAY AFTER your order was confirmed and sent to production. We do offer refunds but for better reasons than yours. Please explain how you ACCIDENTALLY enter your credit card number, security code, address, coupon code, phone number and email and hit checkout?
