Thanks for visiting my shop.
All my jewellery is personally designed and handmade by me, Raven. Each item is unique, and although I reserve the right to use similar colour schemes in future designs, no two items will ever be identical, unless specifically ordered so by you.
I reserve copyright on all my designs.
I accept payments through Paypal. Payments need to be done within 5 days of purchase, but if you need a bit more time, please convo me, and we can work something out.
Should you need to cancel a purchase, please let me know within 5 days.
All items are officially shipped within 3 days of purchase, although it is usually sooner.
Items are shipped by registered mail, which means I am able to track the item at least until it leaves South Africa. Items usually take between 12-14 working days to reach their destination. However, it may take up to 4 weeks if there is a hold-up in the customs department of your country, or during holiday periods such as Christmas etc.
Since I take every measure possible within the cost constraints to ensure the parcel's safe delivery, I can unfortunately not bear liability for items that have gone missing in your country's postal system.
If you wish to have anything couriered to you at your own added cost, I am more than happy to accommodate this, and will endeavour to arrange it according to your exact specifications.
Normal registered mail by air is used in order to keep postage costs affordable. A cheaper option is postage by land, but it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery.
The onus is on yourself to check what rules,regulations, taxes and duties may apply to imported goods in your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are packed very carefully to prevent any damage in transit, and whilst I cannot reasonably accept liability for unforseen damages, I am willing to send free replacement beads/clasps etc. provided you pay the postage.

As vouched for in the feedback that previous customers have left, this is generally not a problem though.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If the item is of a fragile nature, this will be specified in the listing, so that you will be aware that it may need gentle handling, e.g. paper flowers or glass beads.
I am happy to take custom orders, as well as bulk orders for resale.
