Where are your cards made and shipped from?
All of our cards are designed, printed, and shipped from our home-based business in Vancouver. We take pride in creating each card with care and attention to detail before sending it to you. Thank you for supporting small businesses!
How is my order shipped and can I track it?
Canada: All of our orders are shipped via lettermail without tracking to keep shipping costs affordable. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, please note that lettermail does not offer tracking.
A quick note for my U.S. customers:
Recent tariff and customs changes mean I can no longer ship using inexpensive lettermail and must send orders as tracked packages. This makes shipping more expensive than it used to be.
I’ve kept the shipping price below the actual cost on my end to help keep things as affordable as possible. I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we begin processing and preparing your items for shipment. Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but please note that we ship via standard mail, which may take anywhere from 5–10 business days (or longer for international orders). We appreciate your patience!
Where is my item?
I totally get how exciting it is to receive your order! Unfortunately, once your item leaves my hands and is with the postal service, I no longer have control over it. I really wish I could hand deliver it to you myself!

Where do you source your images from?
The images I use come from a variety of sources. Some are public domain images from sites like The Graphics Fairy, while others are digital downloads purchased from fellow Etsy sellers. However, the majority of the images I use are from my own private collection, carefully curated for their unique and timeless appeal. Each design is selected with love to ensure it’s something special for you!
