Frequently asked questions
Why can't I return or exchange my items?
T-shirts and other printed items go into production within an hour to two hours after ordering. These custom items cannot be cancelled once they are in production, and they cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case where there's an issue such as a misprint or the wrong size sent. If that is the case, please contact me!
What happens if an item is damaged?
Upon proof of damage, the item or items will be replaced. All items are mailed securely packed in well-padded envelopes or boxes. Stickers are mailed in envelopes with cardstock backing and cellophane bags to prevent water damage and creasing.
What happens if an item is lost in transit?
If a loss occurs and the USPS tracking information states that the package was delivered, the buyer should contact their post office to inquire about the whereabouts of their package. If the buyer suspects that the package was stolen, they should file a stolen property claim with the USPS and local police. If a package is lost in transit and is not marked as delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Customs (if applicable) and the postal service before contacting the shop.
Stickers are mailed without a tracking number unless the buyer pays the shipping upgrade fee. If a package without a tracking number doesn't arrive, please contact us.
We are not responsible for Customs fees or charges.
What happens if an item is misprinted by your printer?
We will seek a reprint from the printer in that case. If the wrong size is provided, if an order is misprinted, if you receive the wrong item, we will seek a reprint. We do not provide refunds on these items as the printer will only provide a reprint, they will not provide a refund.
