Great communication; she kept me posted every step of the way about the shipping and delivery of this necklace. I ordered it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It arrived beautifully wrapped in Santa-red velveteen with a beachy crocheted bow made of twine and seashells. Super customer service and definately now a favorite shop. Thank you so much for your beautiful necklace, customer care, and personal touches that are so hard to find now a days. You're awesome!
