Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. I had ordered a horn with the bluetooth box, and while the bakelite horn looked gorgeous, the sound seemed muffled. Ryan called me to discuss the options, then sent me another horn (made from metal this time) with two wooden speaker boxes to try with it, one bluetooth and another acoustic. (The acoustic is where you just pop the phone into the slot and the sound gets picked up and amplified by the horn - I was impressed how something so simple worked so well.) The sound on the acoustic was great - full and clear. I kept the new horn and the acoustic box and shipped the rest back. I was very impressed that Ryan took the time to make sure I got what I sought, and sent me the additional horn and speakers at no extra charge to me (but extra cost to him!)
