Hi. My name is Jess Rainbolt and I am a vintage furniture addict.

If you've made your way to this shop, you may have a vintage furniture addiction of your own. My condolences to your family for watching you struggle through life this difficult affliction.

That fire in your eyes every time you see a garage sale sign. That frenzy you feel on dollar tag days at your local thrift shop. The painful choices you have to make on a daily basis, like: do I buy another velvet settee or keep my spouse? (Hint: you can always find another spouse, but you may never dig up another settee in such excellent condition.)

Generally, all items are final sale and sold as is. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, contact us before you purchase. We are always happy to double check an item, and provide you with more pictures or a more detailed description of any flaws.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and tell us about it!
We will work to make you happy with your purchase!

Payment or payment arrangements are due upon checkout.

Acceptable forms of payment include:
~Direct Checkout through Etsy.
~PayPal account
~Credit card via PayPal- you don't have to have an account!

By prior arrangement only:
If you are in the Seattle area, we will accept cash in person, at time of pick up in our shop.
Shipping
FURNITURE SHIPPING!

We ship our furniture and other over-sized items nationwide via Greyhound.
Most furniture orders ship within 7 business days.

It is so important to us that your item makes it to you in the same condition it left us!
It takes a lot of time & materials to safely pack up large items, so there is a handling fee included in the shipping quote. This is calculated at the Seattle minimum wage of $15/hr.
On furniture items, we refund any shipping costs to buyer if we overestimate by more than $5.

You will pick up your purchase at your nearest Greyhound Station.

We determine this station by the zip code you use during checkout. If there is a specific station you would like to pick up at- for instance, one that is more convenient, even though it is further away- please leave it in the note during checkout or message us. You can find Greyhound stations close to you on their page, here --> http://www.shipgreyhound.com/closestlocation/

During checkout, please include your phone number in the note to seller, or message us. Greyhound will call you when your piece has arrived. You will have 3 days from that time to go pick it up. After that, Greyhound will charge you $5 per day for up to 30 days. After 30 days, they will dispose of your package!

The package will be insured through Greyhound. We have never had a problem, but the process to file a claim can be found here --> http://www.shipgreyhound.com/terms/#refund

You are also welcome to make your own shipping arrangements.
In these instances, you may need to find a shipping company that also packs the item. If the item is already packed, the shipping company may not take responsibility for the condition the item arrives in.

For small items, we ship via USPS.

Orders will usually be shipped in 1-3 business days of payment received. When we have sent off the package, we will send you confirmation and provide estimated arrival times when available.

If you need upgraded or expedited shipping, delivery confirmation or insurance, contact us and we'll figure out the additional costs. We are happy to set up a custom listing to meet your delivery needs.

We reuse boxes and packaging materials when we can- saves money and the environment! If you have concerns with us reusing boxes please let us know, and we will buy new ones for your purchase.

If you have special packaging needs/requests, or would like gift wrapping, message us and we'll make it happen! There may be an additional cost.

We are happy to ship clothing and other small items anywhere in the world, so message us about any item and we’ll add your country to the shipping options.

Unfortunately, we do not ship furniture outside of the United States at this time.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Some countries charge customs fees for items over a certain dollar amount. We are not responsible for paying this. Please learn about them and be prepared to pay if necessary.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts.
