First of all I contacted Kate for questions and she was so helpful, and even offered me discount because I bought a larger quantity. Secondly, This product answers all the things that are important- this shop truly is good for animals, people and the planet. And if all of this isn't enough Kate refunded me on part of the shipping price because they charged her less on the delivery- this level of integrity you won't find very often and it's really appreciated. I scouted this product in many places and it is very fair priced. After trying this product, it's absolutely perfect. The size is spot on, and it's so soft and cleans the face very efficiently- even better then regular cotton or wipes! Thank you so much and I will happily return in the future.

This is my favorite sustainable purchase of 2020. Such a professional experience with the seller’s excellent communication and opening a package with ZERO plastic inside. These are incredibly soft, thick, but not too thick to avoid absorbing way too much product. When the package was lost in the U.S., which is not the responsibility of the seller, she went above and beyond to help me. Excellent experience!
