Thank you for stopping by my shop. There are many different styles here and I hope that you find something that tickles your fancy!
Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express
PayPal does not require you to set up an account to purchase from my Etsy store. You can simply make the payment using your credit card and PayPal acts as a go-between. Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Items can not be shipped until payment is received. When you select the e-check option in PayPal, PayPal may not credit my account for 5-7 business days and shipment of your order will be delayed while the payment is being processed.
Other: Money Order, Cashier's Check (convo me for details)
If "other" payment is not received in 7 days, the transaction will be cancelled
I work a full time job and I am Reaction (so, it's only me) I will ship out items within 1-7 business days (unless the item/items are custom orders - details will be discussed with client) via USPS. Shipping prices: United States - $3.00 for first item $.50 for each additional item. Outside of the states $7.00 for first item and $2.50 for each additional item.
Please make sure the paypal address is the correct mailing address. If it is different, please let me know the correct address at the time of the order. I cannot be responsible if it is returned undeliverable. You will be responsible for extra shipping costs.
Buyers are responsible for all customs, duty and tax charges for their home country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Any item purchased from Reaction Designer Jewelry & Accessories is guaranteed for normal wear(as it applies to sterling, 14kt gold-filled, plated metals, painted objects and so on) and will be replaced if defective(item falls apart for no apparent reason) at no charge(a small shipping fee will apply). Reaction Designer Jewelry & Accessories cannot guarantee replacement of individual beads, gemstones or crystals if mishandled, dropped, stepped on etc... an additional fee for replacement pieces will apply.
I make every effort to provide detailed photographs and as much information as I can, however, I can not be held responsible for monitor resolutions and, as such, colors may vary to actual item received.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. Please notify me within 14 days of your purchase (21 Days for international shipments) to arrange a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and in it's original condition in order to be returned or exchanged.
Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping charges) will be made promptly once I have received the item. However, if the item is defective or the error is mine, a FULL refund or replacement, including original shipping will be promptly made.
What if I change my mind after purchasing? No worries!
But please contact me immediately so that I can cancel your order ASAP.
If an item needs repair or adjustment, I will fix your item FREE within 30 days of your purchase. It is a $10 per piece repair charge, plus shipping for all items requiring repair 31-60 days after receipt. Pieces that are over 60 days old, will be $15 per piece, plus shipping.
***If the repair or adjustment includes replacing broken or lost stones and hardware, the cost to replace those items will be added to the above charges. My stock changes on a regular basis and some beads/parts may not be available for replacement, but I will try to find as close a match as possible.
~~~In the event that you see something and need it made smaller or larger, I can do that if additional materials are available, because the item will have to be taken apart and redone. There will be an additional fee (those fees start at $2) that can be added to the listing price before purchase. All of that can be discussed before purchase is made. Once the purchase is complete the item will be adjusted and shipped
Seller is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Buyer should convo if shipping insurance is required so that seller can re-adjust shipping cost before payment is made.
