Custom and personalized orders
* Custom orders/alterations must be paid for BEFORE we will:
- Purchase materials to create an item;
- Purchase an item (crystal, etc);
- Create an item;
- Resize an item;
Sizing details
* Sizes are as seen in pictures. If your purchase is for a resizable item and you need it bigger or smaller; feel free to message us, we may be able to accommodate your needs. This service is not available for all items. There is no additional cost for resizing.
* If the listing doesn't provide the size we are happy to help, just send us a message.
* Not sure what size you need? Message us, we have a chart that might help.
* Not all items can be resized.
* Items must be purchased prior to resizing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We want your order to feel as though you've given yourself (or someone else) a gift. All bracelets, charms, pendulums and tumbled stones come in an organza pouch (suitable for gift) with an information tag about its metaphysical properties.
RETURN POLICY AND REPAIRS
While WE DON'T OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, we do offer repairs. If for any reason your bracelet should snap, or the elastic wear out, collect the beads and contact us for mailing instructions. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY POSTAGE to SHIP it to us, but REPAIRS ARE FREE and WE will PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO YOU.
SHIPPING POLICIES
We offer free domestic shipping of our choice.
Buyers pay for shipping upgrade requests.
If you request an upgrade: we will contact you to confirm and tell you the shipping cost. Those costs will need to be paid before we will ship the item.
LISTINGS
* Listings for tumbled stones/crystals are for ONE tumbled stone/crystal (unless item description states otherwise).
* We DO use stock photos on some listings. This is especially true of items we have more than one of, carry regularly and restock items. Items shown with measurements against a ruler are usually the exact item you will receive. Please assume that the picture you see is a stock photo. If you want to see the exact item you will receive, please message us. We're happy to help.
* We are happy to supply additional pictures of any item per your request. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we enjoy helping you find THE ONE. As a matter of fact the happier you are the more excited we are for you!
PRODUCT STORAGE
* All of our products are stored in a smoke-free, but pet friendly (cat, dog and bunny) home.
