Do you make your charms from scratch?
I used to make many charms from scratch (resin and clay) but once my sales started to drive up I have been looking elsewhere to help me out. I have a new assistant who helps me make different products, paint and drill them. I am trying to find new ways to not take too long on getting an order out to customers. I have many molds that I use and I also purchase charms and then paint and embellish them myself. Sometimes I alter them with my different drill attachments as well. I like to have fun with it and see in what new ways I can create to save myself time and energy and to also make sure you get your product in a timely manner.
How is my order going to be packaged?
We use several different kinds of biodegradable bubble wrap, chipboard and card board boxes, and bubble wrap bags. Typical orders will be put in a box that is lined with bubble wrap, sealed and the outside of the box is wrapped tightly with large bubble wrap to protect it during shipment. We try to "over" package every single order, because you never know when your package will come in contact with a 20 pound box during shipment. We are proud to say we rarely have broken charms during shipment.
What happens if my charms break during shipment or my package is lost in the mail?
We will always work with you, no matter what. If you have broken charms from shipment just let us know with a picture and we will either replace the charms or give you a refund for the broken charms. For packages that get lost in the mail, we do the same thing, but we always give the post office 2 weeks for delivery of first class mail packages first. If your order is $80 or above we always put shipping insurance with shipsurnace.com on your total order so you can rest assured that you will be fully covered. If your order is less than $80 and you still want shipping insurance, you can purchase the listing directly from our store. We pride ourselves on great customer service, so please direct message us with any questions or concerns.
