The item received was not the one I ordered. Different items. To name a few, the olive tapenade was not included but a jar of mushrooms?????? What can you do with that? The cookies with the red house in the middle was not included. Just overall different items than what I wanted my friends to receive. Very disappointed.

My clients loved their gift. I was unable to attend the closing due to COVID19 and this gift was perfect. The sellers let me know as soon as I placed my order that they were experiencing delays, and wanted to give me a chance to cancel before processing if I needed my gift within a few days (which honestly, they didn't have to do considering I had already paid). The gift basket came in less time than they predicted. My clients received it 5 days after I ordered. The communication was superb. During a GLOBAL pandemic, it baffles me that people can be so hard on small businesses. I am so happy I placed an order with this company and will definitely do so again. I ordered this 2 weeks before the close of my buyers house. It says it would ship within 2 days. I gave the benefit of the doubt with COVID19. But it came over a week after close and I had to run out to the store and buy a new one for my client so she would have it upon closing

This shop made me aware there would be shipping delays due to covid 19, which is completely understandable. The lack of communication was completely unacceptable though. I placed my order on 4/13. Last Thursday they told me it had been picked up but as of Tuesday 4/28 no one provided me a tracking #. I had no choice but to open a case and then escalate it to Etsy customer care. Once I did that they marked it shipped- still would not provide me a tracking #. Then I received a full refund- which is great but I still have not received a response if it was really shipped or not. The issue here is not if it shipped or how delayed it was it was the lack of communication over a long period of time when I had already paid $75 for this sellers service. None the less I have no idea if this gift is shipped or not..
