All of our pieces are MADE TO ORDER, which means that no two pieces are exactly the same, and that you will not receive the exact piece that is in the photos. Your piece, however will be a one of a kind original, that will be as near to the original design as possible.

All pieces begin production as soon as payment is received

CONCERNING CUSTOM ORDERS:
no coupons can be applied
We love doing custom orders! There will be NO refunds, or returns given on CUSTOM orders. It is very important that when placing your custom order you be as specific as you can in what you would like (Example: if you need a certain text, or initials, you need to tell us how big, what style, and where you want it) If no communication is said, you are electing to choose to have the artist use there judgment in placement, and this will not be changed once it is done. If you decide to have a custom order, an order will be created for you, and sent to you in the communications. As with all of our products custom orders start as soon as payment is received. Before your custom piece is shipped, you will be sent photos for your approval, if you do not respond within 12 hours your piece will be shipped to you. As we can recreate almost any image, we ask that you do not ask us to recreate any photos with faces in them, as to try to recreate a face on a screen is nearly impossible. Thank You so much!😊
