Some orders are made to order and will be put into production upon receipt of payment.
Orders ship 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Some custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping is USPS Priority (2-3 days from completion or item). Includes tracking and $50 insurance. For expedited shipping services, contact us and for an additional shipping fee and we are happy to make arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
If item arrives damaged and is a clear fault of the seller (faulty gold link, crack in stone unseen when sent), please send back to us for free repair and free return shipping. We request this be addressed within 48 hours of receiving your item.
If item was damaged by clear fault of the carrier service (crushed by heavier boxes/left out in extreme weather) and not fault of us, the seller, we must file a claim with the carrier. If a refund is in order we will refund you upon insurance payment from the carrier service.
Additional policies and FAQs
We know that even with tracking and insurance, carrier services can sometimes be faulty due to human error. Sometimes items go missing and is not the fault of the seller or buyer. If your tracking information never posts "delivered", it is our shop's responsibility to follow up with the carrier service and file a complaint/claim.

However, in the event your tracking shows the item as "delivered" yet you mysteriously still have not received your item (perhaps the mail carrier accidentally dropped your item off at a neighbors, or thought he included it with the rest of your mail but it is in fact still sitting in the post office), we ask you please contact your local post office first, with your tracking information and inquire, as we see the item is delivered and expect that it indeed was. Please document and let us know what information they provide. Of course we want to help in any way we can, and if the postal service is unhelpful we will assist.
