After not hearing anything for a few weeks after placing the order I opened a case with Etsy for resolution, and I did receive a refund but was told by the shop owner that she still mailed it. Now a month later, I still never received. Because I received a refund I know I wasn't owed anything, but all I ask for is follow through. I do not recommend this shop.
