I ordered a towel bar by mistake thinking it was a bar to hang clothes on. I receive the item quickly and it was exactly as described, very well-made and beautiful. I contacted the seller, Austin, And told him the mistake that I made and asked if there was anyway to make it into what I needed. He sent out the extra material quickly and did not charge me. Extremely happy with my purchase. Wonderful craftsmanship and customer service!

Very happy with our purchase. Just what we needed for some rustic shelves we hung. Shipping/handling was very pricey, though.

Construction worker turned furniture maker.

I started the shop in April of 2012. I have been running a remodeling company for 5 years now and I was asked (by my amazing wife) to make a TV cabinet for our home from a old Barn door. The Barn door was from a local barn that was built in 1830 and it had a lot of character. Once I built The Cabinet friends and family wanted other pieces made. So I decided to start Reclaimed Art. I grew up on a farm when I was younger and I was taught at an early age to reuse anything that we could. So over the years while remodeling I saved anything that I thought I could use for something else, or another job. After awhile I had a lot of material just sitting around so I decided to put it to good use. I also buy materials from The local Historical Society which is a non profit organization where they have a ton of salvaged materials from older homes and barns for sale. I just recently have taken on a barn dismantling project where I plan to reuse all the material for my pieces. It's an interesting new job for me where I can learn new things about the history of our area.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We Must receive the item within 30 Days from Delivery.

All Custom orders are final sales. We will work with you if you’re having an issue, but your order is made just for you and to your specifications. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime via email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info [!at] and send your item to: 10 Shirley Lane Lititz Pennsylvania US 17543.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items are shipped via FedEx Ground or Freight depending on the size of the item. We care as much about our products as you do so when we ship an item we always purchase insurance incase of damage during the shipping process.

International shipping
It is the customers responsibility for all customs, duties, and taxes.
It may take up to 21 days for your package to arrive.

Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged item contact us immediately through email, convo, or by calling. Do not throw away any of the packaging or shipping materials. Take pictures of the damaged area and of the damaged packaging if any. After you contact us we will schedule a pickup of the item from your home and then proceed with repairing or replacing the item for you. We will then ship the item back to you. Processing times will vary.

Please Note

Our barn wood furniture is solid wood that comes from old, wooden barns that have been in natures elements for decades, even centuries. The wood is full of inherent character, blemishes, holes (that may or may not be filled) small cracks, worm holes, and insect valleys which are not considered defects but unique to each piece that gives our furniture warm character. There are no two pieces that are ever exactly alike which makes them a one of a kind piece built especially for you.

If you have a problem with your reclaimed barn wood furniture after it has acclimated to your home, please contact us. We will do our best to correct the issues you are having. Please keep in mind when you buy reclaimed barn wood furniture that it is subject to expansion, warping, cracking, shrinkage and hairline fractures from the natural flux in temperature conditions. Not all repairs are covered by warranty; it is up to the discretion of Reclaimed Art and is specific to the situation. We are not responsible for the transporting of the item to and from Reclaimed Art for the repair or the shipping cost that may incur. Daily use, neglect, intentional and accidental damage are not covered by your warranty.
