LOST SHIPPING POLICY:
I send my packages usps priority mail with confirmation so I can see whether you received it or not, if you would like tracking or insurance that will be an additional cost but please feel free to let me know if you would like those things on your package. I am not responsible for lost items in the mail, I wish I could hand deliver them all myself so none ever were lost, but this occasionally happens due to post office error. Please email me right away if you suspect your item has been lost and I will certainly do my best to try to find it or work towards a resolution. This is why I do suggest if you're worried about packages getting lost in the mail to pay the extra 2 dollars and get insurance/tracking. Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are available for those who ordered a ready to ship item and in some circumstances custom orders. Please email me in either case.
Exchanges are available and I'm always willing to work out a problem so always email and ask. It's not the problem we should fixate on, it's how do we solve it so that we have a fair solution and you're happy!
A SIDE NOTE ON NEGATIVE FEEDBACK:
On etsy there is a huge misuse of negative feedback. ]Negative feedbacks are for things such as this:
1. If you contact the seller and tell them the item they sold you was grossly misrepresented and they refuse to refund you or sometimes even reply to you, then I say give negative feedback.
2. If the item you receive is of very poor quality and you contact the seller and tell them the situation and they refuse to refund you or exchange. etc, or reply, then use negative feedback.
3. If you never receive your item and you contact the seller and they tell you it was shipped but have no proof of shipping and they refuse to give you a refund or ship another like item out for you, then use negative feedback. This is why you should always ask for shipping confirmation/ tracking number and insurance! If you don't most sellers will not refund for lost items in the mail, as this is not the seller's fault but the postal service's. So pay the extra $2 to get it insured, this way you will never have this issue.
