Please note that while I depict colors as accurately as possible in my photos, every computer monitor varies and the colors might be slightly different in person than they appear on your screen.

If there is something wrong with your purchase, send me a message and we will work out a solution that will work for both parties. Refunds and exchanges are handled case by case.

Recycled Yarn Co. will correct any shipping or packing error and will go above and beyond to correct the mistake. If the mistake is ours we will incur return shipping costs. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return a portion or the entire order. Please be aware that:
• Returned items must be in their original condition. Any used or open items will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
• A refund will be initiated only when the item has been returned.
Payment
I accept payments through Paypal and through Etsy Direct Checkout. If you don't have a Paypal account, Paypal will allow you to pay with a credit card without logging in.
Shipping
Usual method: First Class Mail, or US Mail Priority Mail. PLEASE make sure that your PayPal address and Etsy address match. In the event of a discrepancy, your item will not be sent until the correct shipping address matches your PayPal address. I reserve the right to cancel any sale if this condition cannot be met.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: While I ship promptly, packages to some countries can take a month or more to arrive. To avoid problems with delays or packages that may not arrive at their destination safely, I reserve the right to cancel orders from any country that has a history of lost or missing packages or that is on the US Postal Service list of countries experiencing mail delays or other problems with delivery. I also reserve the right to cancel international orders with a value over $50. Thank you for understanding.
