WELCOME!
RedBarkDesigns is the ORIGINAL Manzanita Jewelry Tree store, since 2009 and I have the gift for that special someone who "Has Everything". Relocating to TN in 2018, and unfortunately Manzanita does not grow in these parts. Not to worry, as I create practical designs from wood for you, and I've expanded to include branding apparel such as hats and shirts. I am always excited to work with you to customize pieces that are useful in your home, business or activity group.
My designs have been around for over 15 years, and I'm proud to be a member of the Etsy Family since 2009.
I am proud to help our Planet by keeping my shop "Green" by using re-purposed wood, water-based stains and paints along with using recycled, bio-friendly packing materials when shipping my items.

All all of my creations are Hand Made and I take great care in packaging your purchase and will ship my items via FedEx or Parcel Post US Mail. My shipping charges are passed on according to an estimate of what I have to pay - I don't up-charge for shipping or handling.
Purchased items usually ship same day and can take from 2 - 7 days to arrive.

Started this shop at the inspiration of a friend

I had a friend who designed jewelry and she was looking for a unique way to display her items at the local craft fairs. I own property where Manzanita grows wild and most locals look at the wood as a fire hazard around their property. Most people clear their land of the stuff and either burn it or take it to a landfill. I made a jewelry tree out of some Manzanita branches for her upcoming show and the tree was a topic of conversation. She turned me on to Etsy and I made a couple of trees and started my store. That was many years ago and the journey has been enjoyable and I still get excited when I'm making different types of displays and gifts for that special someone.
