Red Crow making mosaics

When I started Red Crow Arts it was after I sold a paint your own pottery studio and decided to create a business that was smaller and would be more home based allowing me to be more adventurous in my travels and less restricted to a brick and mortar store!! I started Red Crow Arts thinking it was going to be a little bitty pottery business and some how it flipped on me and pendants were a huge success in the early years here on Etsy. I sold pottery and pendants the first few years and then as my mosaics got better I started selling more mosaics. I sell mosaics at markets, festivals, galleries, and co op stores. Since about 2012 most of my work has been custom ordered work. I try to have time for free creativity and Etsy is where I like to list those pieces.

Super active crazy girl! Besides the fun world of making art I enjoy anything outdoors. I'm a newly addicted long distance backpacker, scuba diver, geocacher, & kayaker. Pottery first then mosaics popped into the scene and I got hooked!

Red Crow Arts is located in a home studio in Dacula, GA. I am a self taught artist and enjoy each and every day that I get to create. Whether it is in my inside studio, clay work room, working in the yard, or cooking a fun recipe.

My passion for mosaics has taken over full time. I enjoy using a variety of tesserae for each piece and when possible I make special pottery pieces for each one. Often a found object or pottery piece is what inspires the mosaic. Each mosaic is an original, one of a kind.

My studio is smoke and pet free

I pride myself on as soon as possible shipping on all orders. I know what it is like to order something and want it quickly. There are occasions when extra packing of a mosaic might take another day or an unusual situation may occur. I'll let you know.

Large Mosaic Art pieces will be shipped either USPS or Fed Ex depending on fees and delivery availability - IF the fees from the shipping companies is increased over 10% of what I charge you I will notify you of a balance due

All orders will have a tracking thru the USPS. Your email connected to your PayPal will be the email that is notified of the shipping and tracking information - you may also go into your paypal at anytime to check the status of shipping

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING COST will vary with distance. If I am shipping your package on East Coast it is typically half the cost as shipping it to the West Coast. I have done my best to price my shipping as accurate as possible. I will refund overage on shipping when possible.

Shipping of mosaics internationally often cost more than the mosaic. If you would like an item shipped internationally please let me know the location and I can quote you. I take the quote directly from the postal site and will copy the information back to you. The best shipping will always include a way to track it so you and I can track the order

If you are interested in an item and need it shipped immediately please make note and I will make it happen. Need it over nighted - that too can happen - I can bill you for the difference after check out.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the event you purchase an item from my shop that you are not happy with please contact me directly to discuss a resolution within 24 hrs of receipt. I appreciate you purchasing from me on line and do understand you don't have the option to touch and feel it and are doing this by photo alone. I do not edit colors on my photos before listing. I understand computer monitors will vary. I try to list colors the best I can in my listings.
If your item is unfortunately damaged in shipping - lets discuss the best way to fix the situation. I do require same day as receipt photos of any broken claims, please photo in the packaging so I can see the condition it was delivered and the item as well. Not only do the photos help with honest claims, they also help me in future packaging etc.
Any claim for refund or return must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
