Welcome to the shop of Blacksmith Clifford Bohm and Leatherworker Sam Waller. We are both volunteers and faculty at The Crucible (TheCrucible.org), a non-profit art school in West Oakland, CA. All of our products are made on-site, where we teach classes in the forge and leather studios, as well as rent our own studio space. We strongly believe in small business and functional art with heavy fantasy and rustic themes. We hope you appreciate our wares and come pay us a visit if you happen to be in the neighborhood!

Payment must be received with-in a week of purchase or agreed upon price (for special orders). If you wish to cancel a custom order, we can refund the full price of the purchase, sans the cost of materials and work that has already gone into your order. If you wish to cancel an order for a finished product, we can refund the full price of the purchase, sans the re-listing fees.
Shipping
We ship most purchases via USPS flat-rate boxes, with delivery confirmation. If you wish to upgrade or change your shipping method please feel free to contact us. If you are outside the United States and would still like to purchase one of our products, please feel free to contact us.

We like to support our local post office and the USPS with our business. We have never had an issue with them and I am continuously impressed by their professionalism and reliability despite the massive volume of packages they work with each and every day.
Refunds and Exchanges
We stand by each of our products. If something is amiss please contact us immediately! Remember that each product is handmade, and while we strive to pick the best materials and do the best work possible, mistakes or errors can occur, and we would be more than happy to correct or replace anything that is awry.

If you require a refund, please contact us with a detailed description and reason for the request (we want to know how we messed up!) and we will issue one immediately.
