I highly recommend Janel and Red Earth Knots. I purchased a class for my son and his grandmother. They had a wonderful time. Janel provided the perfect amount of guidance, and support. My son was so excited that he purchased his next project that evening! Class was beyond my expectations!

I had so much fun learning how to macrame with Janell. She is a great teacher who makes each experience unique and enjoyable! I look forward to participating in many of her workshops in the future.

The Macrame plant hanger workshop was wonderful because the teacher was helpful and patient. Everyone went home with a plant hanger and some new ideas of what else they could do with what we learned.

Janel is fabulous and her classes are so much fun! I always learn a ton from her and really enjoy the variety of classes and class locations. This is such a great way to meet others, create something and enjoy a local spot.

This was a great first taste of macrame for me, and now I'm hooked! It seems pricey compared to other beginner kits, but the crystals (included in the kit) are hefty, so it makes sense. There are written as well as a QR code for video instructions, and both helped me finish this fun project in one sitting.
