It was shipped out about 5 days after it was suppose to ship, I messaged the shop with no response back. Which isn't a big deal, i received it. But when I did, The monogram isn't as as tight together or neat as it looks in the picture. It looks kinda like white blob (like maybe it melted or something) & the jacket itself is huge for a small and the quality of it is way cheaper than the picture indicates. I'm disappointed to say the least.

The client omitted personalization information on the order which caused significant delays in the production of the jacket. These are adult unisex jackets and we strongly recommend to size down *at least* 1 size. Also, she chose the Iron on Sticker option which is more bold than monograms embroidered with thread. Lastly, when she asked when her jacket would ship we sent over shipping information to her email address she provided. Please be sure to include all information needed for personalization to prevent delays in processing an order. If you need help with sizing just let us know; we're happy to help with any questions you may have!

All orders are individually custom made after payment has been received. I ship using USPS mail. I am not responsible for delays in shipping. No refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item leaves our facility. Please review your shipping address BEFORE payment is submitted. I am required to ship to the address on your transaction.

I personally hand craft each and every order. Production time is usually 1-5 business days but can be UP TO 4 weeks during busier times of the year. **PLEASE refer to the shop heading for current production schedule times.

USPS recommends allowing up to 5-7 business days for you to receive your order after we send it out. If you need your order sooner than this time frame you may choose to add "rush" fee to your order.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis and only non-personalized items are eligible for exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of item to be exchanged in addition to all expenses incurred to ship the replacement item to you at our standard stated rates.

Due to the custom nature of our products your order cannot be cancelled. Often times I will start your order immediately or I will order the supplies to complete your order within minutes after your order is placed to ensure there are no delays in production being held up waiting on supplies to arrive.

The color of the thread/ribbon/fabric doesn't look like what I thought it would or match something else I have here. Can I send it back?
No. It is almost impossible to match a specific color between thread/fabric/ribbon or other textiles when they are purchased from different suppliers. We make every effort to ensure colors do match however, will not guarantee it. Additionally, orders placed separately for "like color" items may not match perfectly, due to variances in dye lots. For example, if you order a coral hat this year and want to order coral hat next year we cannot guarantee that the hats will match 100% since the fabric the hats are made from came from 2 different bolts even though it's considered by the manufacturer to be the same exact color. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that a bow we make for you will match 100% to a article of clothing you have at home.

Do you ship Internationally?

If you type "My initials are ABC" then I will monogram your item ABC. If your initials are ABC but you want them monogrammed ACB then you'd only need to type them ACB. Please message me if you have questions. I would love to personalize something just for you!

We can send a small sample of up to 3 thread colors upon request. Please be aware this will significantly delay your order.
