I ordered the same length as my dog’s current collar, but with Amy’s sizing, that length came with a thicker band and heavier buckle than what worked for my dog. When I reached out, Amy was so helpful. She created a custom listing for me with a thinner collar, smaller buckle, and the length I needed, and even discounted the second collar for me. We had to message back and forth several times, and she was always so quick to respond—often within minutes. I know that may not always be possible because life gets busy, but I just wanted to share the experience I had with her. She was so helpful and accommodating, and I really appreciated how she worked with me to get exactly what I needed! I should add that the collar is beautiful and looks so pretty on my girl 🩷
