I accept PayPal, credit card and debit payments through PayPal. This can be done without even having to sign up! If you’re not sure how to do this, click the handy little link below:
I also accept money orders, however the item will not be sent until the money order has been received.

If you live in Canada, I also accept bank transfers and Interac online.

All items are shipped via Canada Post, and I ship via regular letter or parcel mail, opting for the quickest and least costly option available.
★ Insurance and Tracking
Please note that I do not automatically insure and track shipments. To add insurance and tracking please convo me prior to purchasing and I will be happy to update your order for you. (Insurance comes with tracking included.)
This insurance and tracking upgrade is the best possible way to guard against products being lost or damaged during shipping.

The buyer is fully responsible for any additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc... that may be charged at customs.
★ Delivery Times
Here's a run-down of the Canada Post delivery times for you:
* Within Canada - 3-15 business days
* United States - 4-12 business days
* International - 3-6 weeks
* Australia and New Zealand shipping may take up to 8 weeks
Refunds and Exchanges
★ Damaged Item
If you receive an item and it is somehow damaged, I will need to see photos of the packaging and the item in order to fill out reports with the Post Office. I will do my best to re-send your item or refund as quickly as possible once I receive photos of the damaged item(s) for the report.
★ Lost Item
It is very rare that an item is lost in the mail. If you are concerned please contact me at the first instance. Packages can be held up along the way occasionally which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you. Mail is not considered lost until 30 days have passed. Please be patient if your item hasn't arrived within the 'estimated' time.
If your item has been lost then I will of course send a replacement but please bear in mind that I cannot do this until 30 days have passed.
I hope you'll be happy with your purchase but I appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase you decide that it isn't suitable please contact me within 3 days to discuss. I will offer either a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned (unused) item (Shipping costs are non-refundable)

Exchanges or refunds will only be accepted for custom orders on a case-by-case basis, with the exclusion of personalized items which cannot be returned.

If you would like an item to be reserved, please contact me and I will happily reserve it for you!
If this is a gift and you would it shipped to a third party address, please convo me prior to purchase and I will happily arrange this for you.
★ Sold Items
If you see something you like that has been sold and is no longer listed, send me a convo or an email and if possible, I will happily make another one for you, as long as the item is not listed as one of a kind.
★ Custom Order Deposits
Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin work. I will contact you through the creation process to ensure that you are happy with your custom item. Final payment is due when the order is complete.
★ Sale Cancellation
