I love my witch silhouette. As I was trying to hang it on my wall it dropped and the glass cracked. I reached out to Colleen to find out where I could find a replacement frame, and she was so kind to send replacement glass for the frame I already had since mine was still undamaged. It arrived quickly and I was able to hang my with up on my Halloween wall. 🎃
