Greetings and welcome to my Etsy store.
I only work with semi-precious stones and pendents, this includes natural bones and feathers.
You will not find glass or dyed beads in my shoppe, as it is very important to me that I only use natural elements for my spiritual pieces.
All prices are in USD.
Payments must be made through PayPal. All major credit cards will be processed through PayPal- it is a secure way of processing transactions online and free for customers.
Please note if you are paying via eCheck-aka using your bank account, this method usually takes a week to clear, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
Your payment is due at the time you place your order. Payments not received within 2 days will result in a canceled transaction. Please contact me with any problems or concerns.
Items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
Note: A transaction is fully complete upon YOUR satisfaction!
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order before leaving feedback. It is important to me to provide you with good customer service.
I make my best effort to ship all orders the next day after payment clears. Unless it is Saturday or Sunday, in those cases we will ship on Monday.
If you need it by a certain time, PLEASE let me know,I am happy to work with you to get a gift to the person in time etc....

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE TO ETSY, unless you specify otherwise. If the address in Paypal and Etsy do not match, I will ship to the Etsy address by default.
I cannot be held responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect addresses or postal codes.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not issue refunds and my policy on this is strict.
I do my best to accurately describe and photograph my listed items. Please read the descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns unless there was a mistake on my part.
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or incomplete/damaged items) I will be happy to provide you with an exchange / replacement.
