Our shop is full of MAGICAL ITEMS, handmade, supplies (from time to time), and Vintage.
This shop is full of hand made items that are created for a magical lifestyle as well as items that are for those who enjoy a more mundane life. Each is made after careful thought. A little bit of magic is added during the end of the creation of each item.
VINTAGE items, when available, are usually things that I have stumbled upon and wish to pass on to YOU.
Payment is DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PLACING THE ITEM IN YOUR CART. If, within 3 days, that item(s) is not paid for, it will be re-listed and the transaction will be canceled. Payment must be through Paypal and you must have a verified, confirmed shipping address.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS, PERSONAL OR ANY OTHER CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS OR WESTERN UNION.
~We will accept credit cards THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY...But, that is between you and Paypal.
We ship as often as possible. Sometimes this means 3 times a week. Sometimes, only once. But, ALWAYS within 5 working days of your cleared payment.
Shipping is to the USA and Canada ONLY.. Check each listing to find which items are shipped to other places.
Refunds and Exchanges
***OUR RETURN POLICY***
It goes like this...In the event that at item (or items) has been horribly misrepresented, we will refund the money that you paid for the item. We DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS. Also, the return shipping costs are the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY--not ours. This means that if you choose to return an item, you will pay the shipping costs to ship it back to us. We will refund your purchase amount ONLY AFTER we receive the item (or items) and ONLY if it (or they) is in the same condition as when shipped.
REFUND MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving package. A PERSONAL EMAIL or conversation through Etsy must be sent to me to initiate the refund process.
This policy applies ONLY if the item has been HORRIBLY MISREPRESENTED. If you have not read the item description thoroughly and have missed a detail in the description, that is not my responsibility...sorry.
If an item is broken in transit, we will help you as much as we can to gain reimbursement from whichever agency is responsible.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN ITEM INSURED, PLEASE LET US KNOW **BEFORE** MAKING PAYMENT.

WE REALLY DO LOVE OUR BUSINESS AND OUR CUSTOMERS!! WE ARE HERE TO MAKE AVAILABLE MANY UNIQUE AND MAGICAL ITEMS. IF YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS, WE WOULD BE GLAD TO HEAR THEM. BUT, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL BE ADDED TO THE INVENTORY FOR SALE.
