A Creative Expression and Dream Come True!

Hi Ya'll!

I've always been a creative person by nature, I'd say. When my brother was doing Algebra like it was second nature, I was playing the flute or singing. I've always had a creative streak but it was mainly expressed through music. As I grew up and went to school I knew that what I was "meant" to do was something artistic and creative inspired - singing, designing, maybe being a wedding planner (I LOVE weddings!).

Then, somehow along the way I lost track of myself. I ended up working full time in Accounting.. I was "OK" at it, but knew it wasn't what I wanted to do forever, and knew that it wasn't "right" for me.. but hey, it paid the bills and we had a baby. I wondered if that's what I was going to do forever - be in a job that was "OK" and paid the bills but that didn't give me any happiness.

In 2010, my son Wyatt was born, very dramatically - lots of complications and without any sugar coating it - he was a HANDFUL right from the start. NICU at birth (not his fault, but still very stressful), then from there just consumed our time and energy. He was constantly sick - from a cold to surgeries he needed. We (as a family) were lucky enough for me to be able to stay home with him. I probably would have lost my job from missing so much work anyway, so it's all worked out. However, my life and time was completely consumed by him and my other child - my daughter... and just life. I was loosing myself on a daily basis and needed to find a way to get my mind off my "responsibilities" and just have fun! (but still had to be home for him and my family). I had an "awakening" so to speak. Why couldn't I be a good mom and wife, and ALSO discover myself again in my love of creative things?

I started doing arts & crafts for my own house. A halloween wreath was my first project. It took me 12 hours to complete but in the end it was great! From there I realized how much I love wreaths and how they brighten a door so I started making more! With the encouragement of my friends and family, Red Robyn Lane was born! Since opening I've expanded out more than I ever thought I would or could and now work in my "shop" full time! My son is 4, and my beautiful daughter just started 1st grade! Life is good.. and it's thanks to my personal drive, my supportive family and friends and of course, my amazing clients!!! Thus, my dream and my life-long career goal has been met!

I'd also like to say!

IF YOU SEE MY "DESIGNS" AT ANY OTHER STORE THEY COPIED MY DESIGN AND MY THOUGHTS. Please support original design, and don't encourage copy cats! Thank you in advance!

**PRODUCTION TIME: MY CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME IS CURRENTLY VARIED DEPENDING ON THE ITEM BUT IS GENERALLY RUNNING ABOUT 4-5 WEEKS (BUSINESS DAYS!) PLUS SHIPPING!!!!**** Some items ship quicker, but others will require the entire lead time. Convo me ANYTIME if you're wondering about lead time on a specific wreath.

Please convo me for your custom needs. This production time does not include weekends.

If you ever have any questions/concerns about that time please email me BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!! I WILL NOT OFFER/GIVE REFUNDS FOR NOT VIEWING MY POLICIES AND PRODUCTION TIMES. I hate to be a "meanie" but it is my policy. If you were me, would you feel any differently?

I make everything in my shop myself, by hand. I don't have "helpers" or hire employees. Any item you get from my shop is handmade with love and is a quality item! Even if the production time is several weeks, you will hear from me with updates or just a "touch base" email to let you know where I am!

I try my very best to work as much as possible. I am also a full time mother and wife and my family needs me too :) I do work on weekends, but try to limit it as it is my ONLY family time. However, I answer emails any time, even on weekends and even when I'm on vacation! ! I want to make sure you know I'm here for you!

Around the holidays, please take into consideration my shop will be busy! Place your orders early! Typically once my "busy season" is in session my production time will increase to UP TO 4-6 weeks due to demand.

However, in the event of a need, I do offer my "rush order" which may vary depending on the item and your time frame anywhere from $15 up to $50. This 'rush fee' is at my discretion and is based on individual needs and items and the timing. As always, if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to write!

You will always receive a notification of shipment!

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Immediate payment is expected. I will not customize or ship anything until payment is received in full. However, I'm HAPPY to brainstorm ideas and spend the time you need to feel comfortable before payment!

I accept Paypal for payment at this time or Echecks through paypal. Payment clearance will be needed for any items to be shipped or production start. If you are not able to pay through those methods, I will accept money orders on a rare occasion but payment in full is required before production will start. Convo me if you're in need of this payment method.

During certain times I will offer special discounts and deals! I will do this through ETSY's 'coupon system' . If you purchase an item during one of these sales it is UP TO YOU to enter the code at checkout. For many reasons, I'm sorry, but I can not "refund the difference" after an item has been paid for if you don't use the code. If you need ANY help using one of my coupon codes, please convo me or use this helpful ETSY article!

If you see something you love but need to make payments, I totally understand and I'm happy to set that up! There will be a small additional fee for "installment" purchases. Production will not begin until payment in full.
My "door" is always open through email should you have any questions about my shop turn around time for any item!

I typically ship my wreaths and "heavier" (over 2 lbs) through FedEX. Items under 2lbs will either ship USPS first class or Priority.

I now accept International orders! If you live outside the U.S please feel free to contact me for a shipping quote. However, any and all tariffs and fees are your responsibility.

Please refer to the individual listing for production times or convo me !

If you are local and would like to discuss pickup contact me before your purchase and we can make arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL once packaging/shipment has been done. However customer satisfaction is my #1 priority so I'll try to work with you if there's ever an issue.

Custom orders are not refundable. I am happy to spend as much time as necessary to research and discuss your order before you pay to make sure you are comfortable at the time of payment. I'm not one of those sellers who will just stop emailing when they've written "enough" or feel like they are too busy. I'M NEVER TOO BUSY FOR MY CUSTOMERS! EVER!

If you'd like insurance on your item, I'm happy to add it for the additional charge.

In the event you are unsatisfied, PLEASE contact me before leaving negative feedback! I will do my best to make "it" right. My feedback is 100% and I'd like to keep it that way!!
Additional policies and FAQs
Please allow for slight color variations (from pictures to in person) when purchasing wreaths. Sometimes lighting can play funny tricks. I try my very hardest to accurately and thoroughly describe every item and if you ever need/want more pictures than are shown I probably have them! Just convo me !
