Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, you can send it back within the first 7 days your purchase was received for a refund or exchange. Shipping cannot be refunded, but if you are making an exchange, you will not be charged again for shipping.
I accept PayPal and direct credit card payments.
Normally, in stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. When you purchase an item, please read the description carefully. Some items are made-to-order and can take up to several weeks to receive.

Also, when you receive a confirmation e-mail for your purchase, please also read it carefully. Since the shop also serves as a portfolio site, it cannot always go into vacation mode when I am away. The confirmation e-mail, as well as the shop announcement will tell you when your order will go out if it is placed while I am away.

All items will ship first class. If you'd like a shipping upgrade, please feel free to send a message. Natural Pop is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may occur with international orders. International customers are also responsible for knowing their country's prohibited and restricted items. Natural Pop is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, orders lost due to incorrect addresses given to us, or undeliverable mail.
