Accepted payment methods

Our preferred method of payment is debit or credit card via Paypal. If you have any problems accessing Paypal or would prefer to pay another way, please contact us and we will do our best to oblige. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise we have to cancel the sale, unless you have some reason to delay and you have contacted me. Keep in mind that orders don't get shipped until payment is cleared.
For international orders we can accept only PayPal!
You will receive a notification message via Etsy the day your item ships. Please allow up to 5 days for larger items to be packaged and shipped! If you need expedited shipping, please message us.
* All the items listed in our shop are in stock and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless stated otherwise in the individual items description. If you want your order shipped via Express Mail, with Additional Insurance, or otherwise expedited, please contact me for a quote.
* We take great care in wrapping your order for shipment, and fragile items will be packaged securely and often double-boxed for safety. This is factored into the shipping cost for large or fragile items. We are always happy to give quotes for shipping throughout the US (and world!).
* If your Etsy and Paypal address are not the same, please clarify in the notes to seller where you would like your package sent so that there is no delay in shipping.
* Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take great care with all our packages, but in the event that something doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please save ALL original packaging (including shipping labels) and contact us immediately with photographs of any damage. We will do our absolute best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
We strive to have satisfied customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, please reach out to us before issuing feedback so that we have the opportunity to address your concern and right anything on our part that may be necessary.
