This policy explains how Inner Solutions LLC collects, uses, and shares your information when you buy from us, message us, or use our Etsy shop.

It doesn't cover Etsy's own practices. You can read Etsy's Privacy Policy for that.

Information we collect
When you buy a digital download, Etsy shares some of your information with us so we can complete your order, like your name, email address, billing details, and what you purchased. If you message us, we'll also have whatever you choose to share in that message.

How we use it
We only use your information to:

complete your order and deliver your files
answer questions and help if a file isn't working
keep records we're required to keep for taxes and legal reasons
follow Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use

We will never add you to an email list or send you marketing messages unless you tell us you want them. If you do opt in, you can opt out anytime.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We only share it:

with Etsy, as needed to run the shop
with tools we use to run the business, like email and accounting software, and only as much as they need
if the law requires it, or to prevent fraud
if the business is ever sold or merged, as allowed by law

How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, resolve issues, and meet legal and tax requirements. In general, that's 5 years.

Inner Solutions LLC is based in the United States, so your information is stored and processed here. If you're outside the US, that means it may be handled under different privacy laws than where you live.
