Hi Dana, I'm sorry for the frustration around your delivery. According to USPS tracking, they initially tried to deliver your order on December 12, 2025 when the business was closed and was successfully delivered on December 15, 2025 to the business address provided at checkout. I did offer multiple times to contact the post office on your behalf to obtain GPS delivery confirmation, but unfortunately that assistance was declined. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, refunds are not issued. I always want my customers to have a great experience and encourage reaching out so I can help resolve delivery issues directly with the carrier.
