His responses to my questions were immediate and extremely kind. Being an older person whose job requires daily professional dress, I use insoles which often make shoes tight but these shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Receiving them just yesterday, I have worn them all day with no fatigue. I plan to have other colors made and the seller offers matching belts as well. These shoes are high quality and are definitely worth the money.
