Or if you have a group event but no idea what you want on your tee, no problem! We love a blank canvas, just tell us a little about what the event is that’s going on or a certain theme to get our ideas in the right direction. After you have contacted us with your ideas, we will send you a few drafts. These drafts can be modified in anyway until it is just the way you want it! After your design is perfected, you will be given a title to type into the “Order Notes” at checkout so we know which design to do on your tees.
How much time is need to place a custom order for a group?
Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks before the date they are needed. This is to allow for the design process and shipping/handling. If you are on a tighter timeline contact us and we will see if we can complete your order in the time frame you need. A rush order fee may apply.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Any product that is customized can not be refunded or exchanged.
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your order we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for any product that is able to resale; meaning it is unworn/unwashed and does not have any customizations on it. Any exchanges must be completed within 15 days of the delivery date. Defects or manufacturing errors must be reported withing 48 hours of delivery date. Any inquiries past this time will not be honored.
Customized orders and intimates are final sale.
What is the turnaround time?
Each item is hand made to order. Current turnaround time is 5-7 business days. For quantity orders of 12 or more turnaround time is 10-12. Each order is made in house and will shipped out as soon as possible.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No. There is no minimum order for any products.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are sent through USPS. You will be notified when your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.
Do I need a PayPal account to complete my order?
No. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, shortly after you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation. For your security, we will only send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. As soon as your order is shipped, respective tracking number will be emailed to you.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Items are sent via USPS first class mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to priority or overnight, you can find the listings in the "Rush Order" section of our shop.
International orders are sent first class. Shipping estimates are 7-10 days for Canada, and 10-15 for everywhere else. Please keep in mind, we will get the order out as soon as possible, but once it is shipped it is out of our hands how long it takes! Sometimes items will get caught up in customs so if you are on a tight deadline you may need to upgrade the shipping. Send a convo to see the quotes for international shipping upgrades.
