What are your typical shipping times?
We ship worldwide from Turkey. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days for Europe, 7-15 business days for North America, and 10-20 business days for the rest of the world. Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal services.
What if my mirror arrives damaged?
We pack our mirrors meticulously, but in the rare event of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a full refund or a replacement.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
While our current collection features curated designs, we are always open to hearing your ideas. If you have a specific custom request, please feel free to message us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your vision.
How do I care for my ReflectedHome mirror?
To keep your mirror sparkling, gently wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. For frames, a dry or slightly damp cloth is usually sufficient. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the natural beauty of the materials.
