Product was as described and met all of my expectations

I love my new shoe rack. It replaces a flimsy metal rack and I couldn't be more pleased. Very heavy wood and pipe supports make it really unique. I custom ordered an extra shelf, and it easily holds 24 pairs of shoes. I was a little hesitant to order it in whitewash because not many people seem to order that color. But I'm so glad I did -- it's a great contrast to my other dark furniture.

I love my large tray that allows me to use my square soft ottoman as a proper table. The quality is excellent, it's so solidly built, and no varnish or paint smell. I planned to utilize it only when I had guests, however I haven't moved it off the ottoman since it arrived :-) Very pleased with the outcome!
