The ottoman tray looks great and met my expectations. I like that it’s lightweight and not too heavy, so easy to maneuver on my ottoman. One board or the tray wasn’t fully attached to another piece of wood on the tray, but a simply pressing them together resolved the issue. A faster processing and shipping time would have been better, as it took 2-3 weeks or so to arrive after the purchase. Also, it would be nice to receive status updates within that time, so that I know the tray is still being made and is on track to arrive by a specific date.
