Thank you for shopping at Reid’s Wood Crafts. I am committed to providing affordably priced, quality handcrafted products. I take great pride in providing fair and friendly customer service. Following are the policies governing my store. If you have any questions, please feel free to convo me and I will promptly respond to your inquiry.

• We accept payments via Etsy Gift Cards, Pay Pal, Credit Cards, and Money Orders,
• Money Orders should be written and mailed to:

• I will confirm your order via email
• I will ship your order upon receipt of your payment.
• Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering unless specified in the item description.
• All domestic sales are shipped through the US Postal Service. If the item can fit in a Priority Mail box it will be shipped via Priority Mail, otherwise it will be shipped by Standard Post.
• All international orders will be handled on an individual bases as to provide the most efficient and cost effective means of shipment.
• Please note: Should there be any duties or customs charges associated with international shipments, you the buyer are responsible for them.
Total shipping costs consists of postage and a nominal materials fee.
After applying total shipping costs, a refund will be given for unused funds over $2.
Refunds and Exchanges
• All returns must be pre-authorized.
• Contact me to arrange for a return.
• I will accept returns for refund up to 21 days from date of purchase.
• Returned merchandise must be in new condition.
• I do not accept returned products that have been soiled or damaged by you the customer.
• Shipment costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your account will be credited accordingly.
• All exchanges must be pre-authorized.
• Contact me to arrange an exchange.
• I will accept exchange up to 21 days from date of purchase.
• Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition. I do not accept returned products that have been soiled or damaged by you the customer.
• Shipping costs for returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping costs for sending the exchanged item will be my responsibility

As a part of my commitment to live as green as possible, I sometimes use re-purposed packing materials. If this is an issue to you and you prefer new packaging for your shipment, please convo me to let me know. Rest assured that your item will be properly and securely packaged.
